I don't hate them, but I don't really care for the Rainbow Road and Bowser's Castle in Mario Kart DS. They're my least favorite of the Rainbow Roads and Bowser's Castles, but the DS Bowser's Castle was especially bland for a Bowser castle.

My favorite track is either Airship Fortress or Tick-Tock Clock. My least favorite might be Baby Park.

Since I've played every MK game (except for Arcade GP and Arcade GP 2) I'll list my favorites and dislikes from each game.

Like:

SMK - Bowser Castle 3
MK64 - Royal Raceway
MK:SC - Bowser Castle 4
MKDD - Wario Coliseum
MKDS - Bowser Castle
MKWii - Mushroom Gorge
MK7 - Rainbow Road

Dislike:

SMK - Vanilla Lake (both)
MK64 - Sherbet Land
MK:SC - Riverside Park
MKDD - Dry Dry Desert
MKDS - Peach Gardens
MKWii - Moo Moo Meadows
MK7: Daisy Hills

I think that might've took me about 10 minutes with my 3DS keyboard. *ugh

I've only played Double Dash(!!), DS, Wii, 7 and Super Circuit, but will exclude the last one because I just didn't like the feel of the game, and so haven't really done much in it.

Double Dash had the most extremely basic and Dull maps except for a few exceptions in my opinion. The only thing that kept me playing Double Dash was the gameplay mechanics using two special power ups/power ups created a ton of over the top chaos and that was fun to me. Other than that though I feel I have to say Double Dash had some of the least creative courses in the entire Mario Kart series.

Neo Bowser City (MK7, 3DS): I think it was created well, and it can really trip up the people who go for max speed with all the turns.
Wario Stadium (DD, GCN): This was just the most hectic course to play with my family. And it's fun to watch them try to jump across the pit and fail.

Hate:
Peach Gardens, or whatever (MKW, Wii): It was just way too hard to navigate, especially if you're using a Wiimote.
Maple Treeway (MK7, 3DS): I'm an okay racer in MK7, but it's way too easy to fall off the tree or get slammed into a wall, or worse, a Wiggler (Has anyone noticed that, on this course, the Wigglers are huge, but the character is some 20 times smaller?)
Rosalina's Ice World (MK7, 3DS): This course is just terrible, I get pushed everywhere and lose control with eight characters on the track.

I like Maple Treeway (Even though I suck at it haha), Kalimari Desert, Koopa Cape and Airship Fortress.

Don't really like Sherbet Land or Wario's Gold Mine (Well, that's not terrible, I'm just absolutely garbage at that course).
