@MickeyTheGreat WHAT?! It's one of my favorites!

And that's exactly why it's depressing! Everyone loves it and some even herald it as the greatest Mario game. But, I don't really enjoy it all that much... I'm sorry.

Same here! Never liked it. Easily my least favorite Mario game I have ever played. Not to say it is bad, but I don't like it as much as others by a long shot

I will probably be posting on this forum a bunch, because there are a lot of games I think are terrible, but I'll just start off with

Any of the Call of Duty games released in the past 6 years.

Pokemon games on GBA. Loved Pokemon Blue, then they improved it in every possible way with Gold/Silver. But then they just made stupid and unnecessary changes for the 3rd generation. Things like Pokemon fashion shows blah I wanna throw up. Plus the starters sucked for the first time ever.

It's Wario time Yaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I don't think I've ever played a game I've truly hated. Though as I type, the words "Far Cry 2" are swirling around my head. Frustrating, more than anything.

Chrono Trigger. The game is great, but that was the problem. I got to a point in the game where it was way too hard and I couldn't move on. It throws these nearly impossible bosses at you that I have no idea how anyone can defeat. Having a great game, but not being able to play through it is frustrating.
It drove me nuts.

Hmm, well I never had to stop and grind except that one time in 10,000 BC. Use Marle and Frog for healing combinations to help, earn tech points if you don't have some essential moves.

Chrono Trigger was funkin awesome. I stopped playing 8 hours in once i made it to 10,000 BC since i grew tired and somewhat frustrated by the turn based combat. But, it's still an experience I'll always cherrish.

As for my least favorite Retro nasty of all time? Hmmm....Karate Kid definitly rings a bell. I can't stand the music and SFX in that one, aside from the fact that it's just an awful playing game to begin with.

Currently Playing: TMNT II: The Arcade game
NIntendo Fanatic & King of NES Tekkidome!

Chrono Trigger hard? Stuck on bosses? Surely you're doing something wrong. I beat that game when I was 10 years old +/- , it wasn't really easy for me at the time, but it was more than doable.

Anyway, out of hundreds of crappy and disappointing games, seeing CT being pointed out really breaks my heart (even if the reasons aren't bad ones, like the game "sucking").

I happen to like that game. I mean, it is kinda bad. I usually suggest that game to my friends for a laugh, but they usually end up enjoying it, too. Personally, I feel like it nailed RPGs on the n64. 3D RPGs were new at the time and I think it turned out well.

Wow. Even on the Retro forums you can't get away from the ignorant, blind hate of Call of Duty. I get it, though. It's popular and people who don't like something that's popular are vocal about it, but just because it's popular doesn't mean it's not good. You just say "any of the call of duty games released in the past 6 years." You don't even know what they are. Don't talk crap about crap you don't know crap about. I would say you most likely haven't even played any, but you might say that you have and if you have then I'm assuming you tried playing online and got your butt kicked so now it's a terrible franchise because you're terrible at the game.

As for my least favorite game, that's really hard to say. I know I've played games that I've absolutely hated before, but I can't recall what they are. It definitely wouldn't be an NES game, unless maybe it's an unlicensed NES game, because I can enjoy Deadly Towers to be honest, so... it takes a really bad game for me to not like it.

This game looks like game of the year compared to Superman 64!
Superman 64 is by far the worst game in history.

Final Fantasy 7 Dirge of Cerberus was a bland and boring game that I somehow managed to beat. The untold Legends games on PSP are also extremely dull and uninteresting. Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head at the moment. I haven't played a lot of bad games and the ones I have I've likely purged from my memory.

I'm sure a lot of the games AVGN played are some of your least favorable.

I suggest playing more games.

I make Pixel Art on occasion, and sometimes sell them as Game Assets.

Who said anything about AVGN.
Idk if you have ever played Superman 64, but I have and it is no doubt the worst game ever. E.T is 10 times better than it.
I'd even rather play... oh god I can't believe I'm saying this... Call of Duty. OH god I said it.....

E.T., yet another AVGN episode. I'm going to assume you know of no bad games outside of his channel's coverage.

If you really, truly think Super Man 64, E.T. and Call of Duty are some of the worst games ever made (Call of Duty is definitely not), then you need to play more games.

Just for you.

I had played both of those games years before h even had a show so.........
. You are almost making it seem like both of those games aren't terrible.
Name one game worse than either Superman 64 or ET. Superman 64 is broken... actually it is beyond broken.
