Well it's classic to me anyway.
Anyone remember Werewolf the last Warrior? I played the heck out of this as a kid. The music was really catchy and the wolf man you play as was pretty bad ass. He's like some sorta furry Ninja flipping around and slicing up bad guys. I have alot of nostalgia for this game. My eyes lit up when I saw it on the shelf at the store. Plus it'll never be on VC since Data East isn't around anymore last I heard.

Good find, I used to love that game. I wish they would release another Data East compilation, because I especially want Kid Niki: Radical Ninja.

Have a listen to this killer music from the game!

Now tell me that isn't awesome!
Alot of people knocked this game for being too hard but I loved it.
The picture on the box was enough to make you want it.
Nothing says buy this game like a werewolf ripping his way out of the cart.

No that is awesome . Loving that , never heard of the game but I may steal that tune and play around with it in 'Reason' (music making /editing software)

What's this bit for again?

This was one of those rare Nes games that i owned but never finished. The dreadful jungle stage always got the best of me.

Link79

I actually never beat it myself either. Couldn't get past that damn jungle stage.
Maybe I'll finally put some effort into it and finish it this time. Sure is one of those games that'll kick your butt.
Just like so many other Nes classics such as Contra, Ninja Gaiden and Castlevania.

Whaaaa, nice find! The only time I could get my hands on that was by rental (import). Now I regret never renting the game, amongst some others by the way.

With kind regards,

Why do you always have to be such a party pooper OGO? Next thing you are probably going to tell Link79 is that he can buy the game on Ebay for around $4.00.

The label looks cool though. I love how the werewolf is coming out of the cartridge and you can see the computer chips in the background.

i was afraid of the "party pooper" perception, i respect this game the same way Link79 does, its more an underrated game, nothing wrong with that. i can see why he says its rare still

Those are really catch tunes. I probably never heard of these games because I was still in a womb.

Ha! No worries man, I don't think you are really a "party pooper," you are just keepin' it real. No doubt the game looks fantastic though and compared to other NES games there really are not that many Werewolf's listed for sale. So it's more rare than say Mega Man 5 which goes for a ton more cash.

I only paid about 5 bucks for it so at least I got a good deal. It may not be super Rare but it is harder to find than alot of Nes games. It was in almost mint condition too! The label wasn't tore up and there's not a mark on it. I thought this game was impossible as a kid but for some reason I kept wanting to play it.
