Mine would be:
1. Tales of Symphonia (best rpg I have ever played)
2. Super Smash Bros Melee
3. Starfox: Adventures

But there are still more great games like The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (does Gamecube's Oot count becouse that would be one too), Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Super Mario Sunshine, Mario Kart: Double Dash and many more.

1. Super Smash Bros. Melee, one of the first games I owned and truly loved.

3. Metroid Prime (I don't own it anymore because I traded it to a friend because of the Trilogy comin out for Wii :)
