Fire Emblem (GBA, The 7th one, and first to come to America.) and Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones (Also GBA, the 8th game.), two pretty awesome strategy RPG games, Sacred Stones is more player friendly, but the 7th one is more challenging, and more alike to the other 6 previous ones in the series.

I used to travel the stars, then I discovered Earth, and these incredibly addicting things called 'Video Games.'

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

It's like Pokémon, except better. Yes, it's a GBC game and not a GBA game, but I'd still say its a better game than most of the GBA games in existence. As for the best GBA games; Minish Cap, Yoshi's Island, Pokémon Emerald, Warioware, Fire Emblem - all the obvious ones.

Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. Great game overall and possibly the best Kirby game of all time.

Well to be fair just because the games I mentioned are JP only doesn't mean you can't import... It's no too hard seeing GBA CAN actually play them unlike the 3DS

Mother 3 is completely unplayable if you don't know the language, though. Rhythm Tengoku is also kinda difficult, too. Believe me, there are 10 import GBA games I'd love to recommend, but I'm not gonna lie, though games were really tough to get down without a translation patch.

But that being said, games in another language CAN be played without reading it

If the gameplay allows for it. Which a lot of games released this past decade haven't. Not all, not even most, but a lot.
