I'm pretty sure that's just a regular classic controller. This may be what you're looking for.

It's not a regular classic controller as it has a GC controller plug on the end. However it looks so much like an official CC that I'm wondering if it's been photoshopped.
@outrun2sp: I dunno about Capcom/SNK2: Easy Op, but I've used the Classic Controller with Tatsunoko/Capcom and I've found it performed the job admirably. I would've said it would be preferable for you to pick up the Classic Controller Pro if it were usable with GameCube, but unfortunately it is not. The top buttons on the Classic Controller leave a lot to be desired for a 6 button fighting game.

I want a rebirth of Capcom VS Snk 2 as currently no fighting game on the WII touches it so to be able to play it with this setup I think its game on again.
I'd prefer the one I linked to, as it has turbo functions and still has the left analog stick in a more natural spot.
