Topic: Funky game boy screen covers

Does anyone know where to get these game boy screen covers?

To answer your question: I'm not certain. I never even knew that the original Game Boy had screen covers.

You can get a replacement screen lens, but I've only ever seen plain grey or black ones. Are you sure that isn't just a sticker? I seem to have some vague recollection of Nintendo Power giving out stickers to decorate your gameboy or controllers at one point.

I had a Nintendo Power way back when that had stickers for Gameboys and for your NES and SNES controllers. I did a horrible job on my GB and regret ever putting it on there. Same goes for my controllers. I lacked a lot of coordination at 8 years old.

Heh, heh, I was a little older, but old enough to know I didn't have the co-ordination to put them on there and didn't.

Yeah I knew you can get the stock replacement ones but all I know about this green one is that there was once a mailorder thing in magazines where you could get these. They're quite rare now and I would really really like to find some more. I know theyre out there. If I had any old Nintendo Power mags I would check it out.
