Nes and Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt
I remember being at a Toy Store back in 88' or 89' with my mom and dad when i was around 5 years old and getting an NES. I'll never forget the day I layed eyes on that beautiful shnazzy Box, and who could forget those awesome 80'a Nes commercials. But sadly, I used to rent many Nes games rather then owning them. Honestly I think I only owned maybe around 10 Nes games back in the day yet I rented TONS. Yet I remember owning SMB 1,2,3, TMNT, TMNT II, Punch-Out!!, Mega Man 2, Little Nemo the Dream Master. Duck Tales ect. And games like Metroid or even Zelda never captured much interest from me back in the Nes craze. But I still have fond Memories of playing Zelda and Zelda II back in those days, yet not playing for too long. I was more of a Mario and Mega Man fan.

Oh ya... I used to play TMNT too. Sadly I only have the VC release and not the cartridge, for that was one of my favorite games when I first "claimed" the NES. You are lucky for have had the Meag Man and Zelda games, because it just sounds like something I would have loved as a kid. Plus, back then I was alot more unwilling to quit on a game like Zelda.

Replace Red with Blue, and that is my answer.

The Nintendo Entertainment System with the two controllers, the orange gun, and the Super Mario Bros. / Duck Hunt cartridge. Same as Tails, except possibly the color of the gun.

At around 3-4 my grandpa gave me an SNES. That was my first personal console. My first personal game was Link to the Past. My first game ever, that I remember, was Bubble Bobble on the NES.

Although, it could've also been Mario Bros./Duck Hunt or Adventure Island, but I'm fairly sure it was Bubble Bobble.

The best strategy in the game: go up stairs and pause balls.

Heh,I remember, we got SNES from our uncle for free. =D We got SNES, 4 controllers, over 20 games and Super Scope! We still have them all. But all controllers are broken... D: But Super Scope works! I can play Super Scope 6!
