GB: Pokemon Blue, Final Fantasy Adventure GBC: Pokemon Gold, Dragon Warrior III, Dragon Warrior Monsters, Azure Dreams GBA: Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, Fire Emblem, Castlevania Double Pack, Final Fantasy I&II: Dawn of Souls, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
GB: Pokemon Red/Blue, both Super Mario Lands, Wario Land, Tetris, Metroid 2 GBC: Link's Awakening DX and Super Mario DX (the smaller screen made it difficult, but the added red coins and Yoshi eggs added so much to what was already a classic game) GBA: Mario Kart Super Circuit, Minish Cap, the first Castlevania (forget the subtitle),=
Probably forgetting a lot. Don't have any of my handhelds anymore.

Castlevania: Circle of the Moon was the first one. (I don't have it )
I'm only going to mention one here, because it blew me away back in the day – Dragon Warrior Monsters.
That game was like a cooler version of Pokemon, with a darker story, better combat, and a breeding system that was truly magnificent; if you breed a monster, if will run away, leaving a level-1 baby monster. This baby will inherit traits from its parents and inevitably be stronger, but you have to go through the process of levelling it up, and once it's levelled you'll probably go an breed it again.
Just describing that game has made me want to play it again! I hope so much that they do a remake.

I loved that game so much, but I preferred Pokemon Gold and Dragon Warrior III to it. But it's probably in my top 10 games (or at least really close). I went 215/215 on an old file , then replayed it about a month ago using only monsters from the slime family. Spot King is really good!
You should totally replay it, maybe review it so the beloved GB/C/A games have a place on the site.
Anything Pokemon. I love Pokemon, even though ever since the show was made people call it "kiddy." My favorite probably has to be Diamond, followed closely by Gold.
This might sound slightly odd, but I prefer the remake of SNES Super Mario World to anything on any Game Boy. The controls were perfect, and it was the best 2D Mario game ever in the first place.
I don't think it's odd. I liked what they did with the Mario Advance titles. The altered Luigi physics were fun, and I remember something else was added or changed, but not sure what. I think the dragon coins were rearranged? It was fun, but I wish they had done more with it like they had with the remake of Mario 2 (Doki Doki Panic).
GB- Pokemon Red GBC- Tetris DX Pokemon Crystal GBA- Metroid Zero Mission/ Pokemon Emerald/ Golden Sun/ Gunstar Super Heroes (I can't choose because there are so many classics!)
