Until very recently my favorite Zelda game has been Wind Waker. An $11 purchase on Monday changed my mind - The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for the GameBoy is now, hands down, my favorite Zelda game. It nails everything perfectly: The combat, the items, the shield use, the enemies, the dungeons, everything. It's an absolute joy to play.
So, chime in. What's your favorite Zelda game? I'll tally the results every 15 or so posts.
Note: Please specify your favorite. "Likes" will be excluded from the tallies.
Edit: This thread has probably been done before, but I figured tallies are fun and all that.

My favorite is A Link to the Past. That's my vote.
I have never played Link's Awakening. I was too young back then to make good descisions about games.
Mario is my homeboy! It matters not how you play. What matters...is how you fall.[00:49] PhoenixSage doesn't understand what's so hot about Metal's momFor friend codes, check my backloggery.VGM Bronze Medal - 37 Points

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Wind Waker hands down. It is the only console version of Zelda that I like.

Link to the Past by only a minute margin above Link's Awakening.

Wind Waker just appealed to me in a way no other Zelda game could. I just loved everything about it. The artistic style, the locations, the dungeons, the boss battles. Heck, I even enjoyed the sailing! My only regret about the game is that my memory cards were stolen before I could play through the second quest.
Yeah, I know. I praise this game to annoying levels. Still, this is the only game I'd ever consider getting a NPC remake for, and that's saying something.

My Zelda Top 3:

The greatest Zelda of all time has got to be Ocarina of Time, hands down. It's the most satisfying video game experience I've ever had.
I don't consider Tingle to be a true Zelda game. It's more of a spin-off if you ask me.

My favourite is probably Ocarina of Time. My second favourite is either Majora's Mask or A Link to the Past.

Majora's Mask and Link's Awakening are pretty much tied at the top for me.
You crack me up. Did you use the GBA to communicate with Tingle throughout the game?

I'm actually surprised how many people chose A Link to the Past. I thought most would choose Ocarina of Time.
@warioswoods: The Tingle Tuner was fun! It made Wind Waker pretty much a 2-player game and I liked helping my brother attack enemies with bombs, or blow stuff up for him when he was out of bombs. It also saved him during a few fights.
