SNES, no doubt. A large part of me still thinks that games going 3D was a BAD idea. Sure, there are some GREAT 3D games, but I still tend to have the most fun with 2D games overall.

My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P

Gamecube! Such an under rated console. Had some great games on there

Join the club.
Also, I'm really embarrassed to say this, but if you've had that avatar ever since the new forum launched, I only just now realized what it was. Earthbound is my favorite game released in the US (though I think I prefer Mother 3), and one of the two main reasons I prefer SNES over NES (the other being Mario Kart).

That's a tough one. It's a very hard descision for me between N64 and SNES...I don't even know if I can decide. That's too tough a descision. But, since you're keeping tally, I guess I have to decide......man...I think I'm going to have to go with N64. SNES is right up there, though. The combined love for Ocarina of Time and Perfect Dark swayed my descision away from Super Mario World; Super Mario 64 is NOT the best Mario game.

Let's see I think my two favorite consoles are the Cube and Wii.

I rule when it comes to games. So deal with it.

Super Nintendo...and it's not even close.

Plain old gamer :)

The good old NES for me. Of course I am picking it out of nostalgia

about 4/10 of my top 10 favorite games were on the gameboy advance. The GBA was great it is undoubtedly my favorite console.

but in 2nd place, theres the NES. I just love those good ol' platformers

did you just say the WII?? i know that the wii has a couple great games on it like Brawl or Super Mario Galaxy. But don't you like the 2D goodness days of the retro consoles?

I'd definately have to say the NES. Although the SNES was awesome as well, the NES was my very first console, it has a charm all of its own and is the one console I play the most out of my retro machines.

SNES, I think the 16-bit era was the best in gaming history.

I'm still sticking with the SNES, so much memories when playing those games on the VC.

Looks like SNES is the clear (and deserved!) leader.

I have to give my vote to the N64. So many amazing exclusive games!

The way I see it, the SNES had definitive 2D games and the N64 definitive 3D games, so to say that either is better is for me like comparing 2D and 3D games; difficult and not entirely fair.

This fence is getting rather uncomfortable...
