Definitely Super Mario 64 for me. Ocarina of Time is good too, as are Rare's games, but Super Mario 64 just brings back so many fantastic memories. It was my first Nintendo 64, the first Mario game I really enjoyed and played to the end and one I enjoyed nearly as much when it was remade on the DS as Super Mario 64 DS.

And God, I so want a Mario 64 DS style 3D platformer soon. Always preferred the open style of gameplay where you had to explore an open area and find stars.
