Hi,
I'm really curious to know if there is a way to 'factory reset' or do some sort of data wipe for the GC. I heard about an 'X + B + Start' combo, but trying it on startup and in the main menu did nothing. Any help?

It's because I'm selling the console soon, and I want to give it a 'like-new' feel. I have the original box, and I want it to feel like a newly bought fresh console.

Just wipe the memory card, I don't think there's anything else you can do.

Ok, I'll do that now. Thanks for the help.

Doesn't Wind Waker take it to change the background of the save/load screen from day/night in real time or did I just imagine that?

I think Twin Snakes also uses the clock, but I don't see how having the time and date set previously would matter.

Yeah I dont think there is anything like a harddrive on the system that stores game information.
