I only just got a dreamcast a couple months ago, so my collection isn't even really worth posting, but its,

test drive le mans

I've got Shenmue and Skies of Arcadia. I've had trouble getting a working Dreamcast though. The one I've got now can boot Shenmue and start the game up but eventually bogs out. It was very discouraging =(

Where's the KABOOM?! There was supposed to be an earth-shattering KABOOM! sigh delays...delays...

I remember my dad getting me the Dreamcast on my 15th(i think) birthday, which lead to a bit of a Dreamcast party with my friends that night where we played countless hours of Power Stone(especially), that futuristic hoverboard racer' Trick Style', House of the Dead and Blue Stinger for hours on end when we weren't shoveling down Ice cream cake, cheezies & domino's pizza. I don't have anything Dreamcast related anymore, and i don't plan on getting one ever again.

But I enjoyed it's launch followed by it's entire first year or so where i also had a subscription to the shortly lived official Dreamcast magazine. However, i gradually lost interest by the time Jet Grind Radio came out. But yup, the dreamcast was ahead of it's time and felt like a Next gen console with it's creative console design, innovative VMU, beautiful controller & online functionality. Hell, the name Dreamcast alone is possibly one of the greatest console names in gaming history. Still, it`s not one of my favorite consoles....Even though i had a pretty decent collection.

Here are the titles that i had back in the 128-bit Sega swirly days.

Power Stone
Sonic Adventure
House of the Dead - (With Light gun)
Soul Calibur - (Was the systems graphical showcase)
Resident Evil: Code Veronica
Toy Commander (Woa, this brings back some wierd memories!)
Samba De Amigo
Spawn: in the demons hand
Ecco the Dolphin - (pretty impressive during the time)
Jet Grind Radio
Sonic Adventure 2
Zombie Revenge
Daytona 2001
Carrier - (terrible survival horror game)
Virtua Tennis
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing (I despise this game nowadays. The sequal also wasn't as good as the first!)
Chu Chu Rocket
Crazy Taxi - (yawn, Boy do i hate 'Off spring')
Rayman 2 - (I barely touched it)
Space Channel 5
MDK - (thee' Worst experience i had on this console period.)
Marvel Vs Capcom 2
Quake III Arena
Power Stone 2
Maken X
Cannon Spike - (Featuring Mega Man this game was actually pretty solid!)

I might of missed a couple, but i also rented about a dozen more including Dynomite cop, Blue Stinger, Super Magnetic Neo, Soul Reaver and whatever else. Sadly, I never got a chance to play D2, Seamen, Shenmue(then again, it doesn`t look like my cup of tea) and the quirky oddball tween horror based IllBleed which i think came out shortly before the dreamcasts demise.

If i did pick up the dreamcast i`d probably only get the following titles....
Cannon Spike, Power Stone 1 & 2 and House of the Dead 2. But HOTD2 is already available on the Wii so it`s no longer a DC exclusive.
