Now that the Virtual Console is in jeopardy, I'm wondering whether people will seek out their old favorites in cartridge/disc form. Have you been doing this lately? I've pretty much been doing this for games that'll never come due to expired licenses (Duck Tales) or countless advertising (Excite Bike 64).
Get pysical copys , to many games get droped from vc ... I use to be a big vc fan but nintendo with no game weeks , no dkc games now, abd other bull crap moves, i just get the pysical copy insted...in the future when games go all digtal we will all be fouled...
Considering that the two consoles I collect most for are the N64 and GameCube, I don't have much option. I've got a good number of SNES VC games though.
I go by Lin1876 everywhere in games, so keep an eye out for me!
Absolutely! There is nothing like playing a physical copy of a game on an original system. However, I have had to resort to the VC for games outside my budget.
I've actually had to trim down on physical copies lately, I've just got too much clutter. If I see a good deal, I will buy it, but these days I mostly buy digital.
Nope, as for dropping games... I just look to see of they're ones I want that might have a licensing issue, the only game dropped that I might've wanted was Tetris Party Live (funny I bought Tetris GB the day before Party Live got dropped)

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

when theres a physical option then i will always get that over digital, otherwise you will see heck of alot less sales from me
^ My thoughts exactly. Besides if you have a physical copy you don't have to worry about them going away due to licensing issues like you do with digital.

Absolutely, as long as the game isn't too expensive and I actually have the console (obviously). I go where they best deals are but prefer physical when possible, theres still something special (and nostalgic) about playing a game on the original machine. When all else fails I at least try to get as close to the feel of the original hardware as possible. Strangely enough most of my PSP games are digital, mostly from PSN sales.

that would be another reason as well i am considering getting the steambox probably just for the digital only titles and online centric titles like left 4 dead etc etc, im not exactly deeply involve with digital because of pricing for the most part which is why i'll have no problem buying something cheap on steam that i may like for say 3 dollars and 10 years into future i lose it for some reason it'll be ok with me because that price i dont feel any lost of 3 dollars spent and thats a different story with a game that cost 60 dollars

Exactly. I have a ton of old NES games, games like Disney games and a few Rare games that I am sure if they even had digit media back than would be gone now due to licensing issues. I would be mad cause I paid 50 bucks for them and I still like to go back an play them again.
Take the DKC trilogy as an example on the VC. If I want them now on VC I am screwed cause of some kind of issue. So now I have to find a physical copy if I want to play them. Its not like those will go away cause of licensing issues.
