Arbiter's Grounds (Twilight Princess)- an Egyptian tomb with spiders, poes, and ghost rats. God, I'm glad I made it out of there.
Twilight Town (Paper Mario TYD)- it's creepy in a cool kind of way
End of the World- an endless white void with Chernabog as the boss
Sammer's Kingdom (Super Paper Mario)- once it's destroyed, it's creepy
The River Twygz (Super Paper Mario)- would you like a world based on the Styx?

Meh. Never really played a game that scared me.

Punny

The part in Eternal Darkness where it "deletes" the save file, only to discover that it's just a joke. Spooky!

I'm back (for the moment)!

I seem to remember Shadowman on N64 creeping me out back in the day.I recall being in a lunatic asylum with freaky f****rs trying to kill me. Pretty cool game , probably plays like s*** now

Oh Yeah that game was great for tricks like that. The insanity meter was genius.

I remember feeling a bit unnerved when I played through the Dunwich Building at night in Fallout 3. It was pretty awesome, though...

Not really creepy, but the whole Scarecrow bits in Arkham Asylum are just gold.

Yeah I found Fallout 3 pretty creepy, especially at the start when your really underpowered and can go pretty much anywhere in this amazing ,bleak landscape and then the scope of the game hits you,Awesome. When I first started playin I didn't like to go out at night LOL.

What's this bit for again?

I only played the first one and that was enough for me lol. I loved how he could just pop out of nowhere and start chasing you.

My top three creepiest video game moments that I can actually remember off the top of my head:

1. When you first enter what's left of Hyrule Castle Town as an adult in Ocarina of Time. Those ReDeads are just so...so...let's just say I don't like hearing them scream and leave it at that!

2. Remember the Channelers in Pokemon Gen 1? It wasn't apparent straight away, but once I learned that they are actually possessed by their own GASTLY and HAUNTER, well, let's just say I never looked the same way at Ghost-type Pokemon again! Nonetheless, I still like to consider a Ghost-type for my party in almost every game I play...except SHEDINJA, for obvious reasons!

3. The scene in Super Mario Sunshine just before Mario blasts-off to Pinna Park. I mean, Bowser Jr. claimed that Peach was his 'mama', and since he's Bowser's son...at the time I just thought to myself that there's only one way that could happen, with a thousand possible reasons...it's too disturbing to think about! However, it turns out that Bowser was just lying, and BJ isn't really Peach's son after all...but Peach actually thought that he was her son, and that could mean only one thing, with a thousand possible reasons for it...I'll leave you to piece together the rest. But it is creepy though, no?

1. RAVENHOLM...anyone remember trying to do it with just the gravity gun?
2. those glenchers or whatever in Prime 2, those big predators in torvus that you tried to avoid when you were too weak but they saw you anyway
3. any moment in fallout 3 when a mole rat, deathclaw, yao guai, bloatfly, or rabit dog attacks you from behind. admit it, you jumped too.
4. in Bayonetta when Luka offered candy to Ceiza

Another World's first part of the game is pretty creepy...you don't know what you're expecting....until you get killed either by the leech or the Panther!

My Starloggery

Main Final Fantasy & Quest/Shinobi Team fan...but I do like many SEGA games and a few Nintendo games.

I can be cute if I want to be, but I choose not to...as it's not my style.
