hey how does conker: live and reloaded compare to conker:bad fur day?
i have to make a decision between the two, and its easier to get live and reloaded, obviously. will i be missing out? i know its a bit more censored in the language department.
also general conker thoughts?
I'm on a boat motherf****r take a look at me Straight flowing on a boat on the deep blue sea Busting five knots, wind whipping out my coat You can't stop me motherf****r cause I'm on a boat
Funnily enough, I am working on a review for the Retro version as I type this.
I've played both versions, and I am torn between which one I like more. If you want my honest opinion, I'd say play the '64 on and then the 360 version; both games are worthwhile playing, even if they're 95% the same, and there are a couple of references made to the '64 version when playing the 360 game. There are a few differences here and there that the hardcore fans will pick up on. If you're worried about the censoring in the 360 version, don't -- there is a Potty Mouth unlockable that adds swearing after completing the game once.
If you have to choose one or the other, I'd say go for the 360 version -- it looks nicer and has more features in it, although you will not have that musty feeling of nostalgia.
General thoughts; the game is fantastic, and it's one of my favourite of all time.
I think you should get the original because the xbox version has taken out some of the multi- player modes, messed with the story and single player and made the characters look too different from how they originally looked.
^I don't remember that they changed the story in the Xbox version aside from the beggining(with the stone gargoyle)...
I hear its amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on hari-kiri rock!!! I NEED SCISSORS!!! 61!!!
