Hey everyone, I found a box with an old Super Nintendo and it had a bunch of the classics. The Super Nintendo itself does not turn on, I'm not sure what's wrong with it, or what it's worth? The games I found are Mortal Kombat, Super Mario World, Super Mario All Stars, Mega Man X, Super Mario Kart, Starfox, The Simpsons Bart's Nightmare, Street Fighter II, Roger Clemens Baseball, Super Slam Dunk, Wheel of Fortune Deluxe Edition, and Mario paint with a mouse, also have a controller and a duck hunt gun. Like I said the system itself does not work which means I'm not sure if any of the games work. If they did work just curious on a ball park on a price I could ask for, for the bundle or individually. Thanks in advance.

Get a new power cord for the SNES and see if it works. It's worth about $60-$75 with composite cables, the power cable and a controller.
Mortal Kombat: $10, Mario World: $10, Mario All-Stars: $20, Mega Man X: $25, Super Mario Kart: $25, Star Fox: $10, Bart's Nightmare: $10, Street Fighter II: $8, Roger Clemens Baseball: $4, Super Slam Dunk: $4, Wheel of Fortune: $4, Mario Paint: $4.
The mouse is worth $10.

Assuming you're speaking of the NES Zapper, it's worth $10 as well.

If you bundle these in lots, expect less. Also, if any of these have the original boxes, instructions, etc., their value will go up significantly.

Thanks for the reply Samurai, I'll look for another power cord asap and see if this thing works. None have original box, but they look to be in good condition. I didn't even know Super Nintendo games came in boxes, lol.

Just remember, if you can't get something to work, clean it with 91% isopropyl alcohol (71% works too) .

Hmmm...$65-70 seems awfully high to me for a used SNES, especially if it yellowed. Based on what I've seen in eBay and other sites they usually go for around $40-50. As for the games, a handful are essentially worthless (sports and wheel of fortune) while the others have some value, but none of them are all that rare. You should get anywhere between $10-20 for the rest of them.

A few months ago I found my old copy of Shadowrun for the SNES in a box in the basement, I put it on eBay and got $48 for it. Not too bad!

Between $10-$20 each? Not bad.

I was thinking of putting them on ebay but I am a pretty big noob when it comes to shipping and I heard ebay can be a hassle and big wait when trying to receive money sometimes.

Also unfortunately the system is yellowing, is there anyway to clean up the plastic at all or is that a stupid question?

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic lol, using ISO alcohol fixes the games? What?

@Renkluaf Isopropyl will clean electronic contacts and make these old game systems, controllers, and games work like a charm.

It tracks what games and systems have been selling for, so it can give you a good idea of current price ranges.

I thought all old games were only like worth $2.00 and that is just because the cost of materials? That is what I learned on this site anyway...

Most of the classic games are dirt cheap unless you have Nintendo championship or something.
