Do any of you remember the late 90s Carmen Sandiego games? They were based on the game show, and were essentially remakes of the original games. Where In The World and Where In The USA played pretty much like the originals (flying; translators; notepads). However, Where In Time played more like an adventure game.

Yes! I loved Carmen Sandiego! My favourite was Where in the World, though Where in Time was really good too. I learned a lot from World. We used to have it on the school computers, and everyone clamored to book the library computers at lunch so they could play it. I only got to play it two or three times then because it was so popular. Luckily I eventually got the CD myself. A lot of my friends were fans of the game, and we'd talk about it a lot. Ah, good times.

There were a few things about Where In The USA that bothered me.

1. Instead of stealing the Alamo, she steals the Dallas Cowboys' playbook?
2. She steals the checkered flag from the Indy 500? Couldn't she have taken the speedway?
3. Of all the things in Massachussets, the Red Sox's Socks? Why not Boston Harbor?
