[I am pretty much convinced by now that I'm the only user who's made the threads I made]
Box arts give an idea of what the game is gonna be like, most are good and few are not so good. So I thought I'd make a thread where you can talk about a certain box art (from any pre-Wii console) and describe it or give certain details about. Why not? I'll start:
Super Ghouls'n Ghosts is one of my favorite games of all time, and this Western boxart is one of my favorite boxarts ever. It looks very beautiful, and I love the gothic look to it. However, there are things I'd like to point out (for nitpicking sake):
- The font of the title is incorrect, as it should be like that of the title screen.
- Arthur looks unrecognizable with his helm on
- Arthur's wielding a sword, which he never does in game
- Arthur's wearing a cape, which he never does in game
- Those ghouls on the right never show up in the game
- The sky is orange in the boxart, while in the game it's always pitch black
- The wolf and zombies look good, and appear in the game
- The box art is taking place in the first stage
- The artstyle is beautiful
- The composition is perfect
I hope I haven't annoyed or bored anyone will all those details and descriptions.
