I have yet to play a Batman video game, but the NES Batman looks nice and the upcoming game based on The Brave and the Bold looks good.

I'm back (for the moment)!

Here is my top 5 along with what systems they are on and why.

1. Batman: Arkham Asylum (Xbox 360, PS3, PC) Quite possably the best Batman game ever.
2. Batman Returns (SNES) One of the best video games based off of a movie thats ever been made.
3. Lego Batman (Xbox 360, PC, PS3, Wii) Its Legos and Batman what other reason do you need to like this game.
4. Batman Return of the Joker (NES) The graphics were really nice for its days I actually like this game better than Batman.
5. Batman (Gameboy) One of the first Gameboy games I got so it holds a soft spot in me. Again I liked this game more than its NES counter part.

Heh, exactly how i'd rank the games, with a possible substution of the first NES game in place of Return of the Joker.

I'd love to put Batman Beyond (N64) on the list since i love that extension of the franchise, but the game really wasn't too good at all.

Yeah I never liked the NES Batman game it was soooo way off from the movie and the game play reminded me of a wannabe Ninja Gaiden. I know alot of people liked it but I just couldnt get into it.

An honorable mention was The Adventures of Batman and Robin on SNES. I liked that game cause the graphics looked just like the Animated series. Plus the levels where designed from some of my favorite epidsodes like the Riddle of the Minotaur for Riddler's level.

I liked Batman begins also. It was cool sneaking up on bad guys and grabbing them. It reminded me of Metal gear with all the stealth. I also liked the driving stage with the new Batmobile. The Nes Batman was awesome too. I got it for a B-day present when I was 12. I still have it and get it out once in a while. Return of the Joker good too. As well as the snes game based on the Animated series. Looked exactly like the cartoon.

A good one too (especially for the excellent art style), but i've only played it a bit through EMU'ing but never really got into it.

She-Ra is awesome. If you believe otherwise, you are clearly wrong.
Urban Champion is GLORIOUS.

See thats why I didnt like it I was expecting something closer to the movie like fighting thugs and such not robots and machines. I liked the battle with Killer Moth at the end of the first stage even though it had nothing to do with the movie. I just felt a little ripped off with that game if I wanted to play Ninja Gaiden than I would play Ninja Gaiden, I wanted to play Batman the movie lol. I never did beat that game.
