Was wondering If Nacmo owned the rights or did Monolith Soft or Tri-crescendo own them. Really liked what I played of Origins. They're supposed to be working on a Wii U game. Maybe it could be a sequel to the Baten Kaitos games.

Maybe. Hopefully. But I think the rights go to to whoever developed it. Kind of like how Rare made Banjo. They own the rights to that.
Im not so sure about that. Nintendo seems to own the rights to Eternal Darkness but Silicon Knights were the ones who actually developed it. I guess it really depends on the contract between the developers and the publishers.

I would be so much more willing to try Baten Kaitos now instead of when it was released when card game gimmicks were overdone and annoying (Phantasy Star Online episode 3 can still just die).
