After Microsoft's E3, its pretty clear that Microsoft might win this year's E3 having a swappable controller ( although that was technically Nintendo's idea.) great games etc.
I don't see how Nintendo can win this year because they really need to do something incredible like last year.
There's this majorly subjective "who wins E3" stuff again.
Nobody wins on E3. They show stuff, and you're happy about the stuff that relates to your gaming preferences. Everyone will have their personal winner, but there won't be a universal one.
To me, Sony is literally the only competition in that regard, and even then that's despite their increasingly meh exclusive lineup. Sony knows how to hype like no other and does great support for indie games (and lesser known titles in general) and that alone has made the last 2 years FANTASTIC to watch. But I think Nintendo might finally get it, based on the hype they've generated before their digital event has started.
If they can get any truly BIG 3rd party support at all, from anywhere good, Nintendo wins. If not, they'll still have the most games I want out of the 3 consoles, but I'll once again have to worry about their success. I'd prefer things to not be Nintendo vs. the world again.
Competition is stiff this year. I really enjoyed Bethesda, Microsoft, and Ubisoft. EA had Battlefront, which was nice to see (overall conference wasn't worth watching, though). Nintendo has brought the thunder so far too, with those championships way more entertaining than they had any right being. It acted as the perfect way to showcase Mario Maker, and it helped confirm why I love Nintendo, regardless of the baffling decisions they make sometimes.
This has turned out to be an excellent E3 so far. I can't wait for Sony!
So far Microsoft had the best show so Unless Sony completely one ups microsoft(I doubt it). Nintendo could have the best or second best show because I feel like nintendo is going to announce alot.
