Square-Enix is bringing Final Fantasy V from their 1999 PSOne Final Fantasy Anthology release (contained FF V, FF VI and a CD with music from both) to PSN. http://ps3.ign.com/articles/115/1159292p1.html This release of it was the first time FF V saw the light of day outside of Japan. Glad to see the holes in the Final Fantasy series on PSOne available on PSN being filled. And I'm happy to see that Squeenix is still thinking of FF V. Maybe they're trying to put the game back in people's consciousness, for a future remake on PSP/NGP or 3DS? Me hopes so. Time for more Butz!
Day 1 purchase for me. FFV is one of my favourites, and one of the hardest to come across.

Wish they'd release more info regarding Radiant Silvergun coming to XBLA...ever since the announcement in September last year, they haven't said a word

Yeah, I've been waiting for some time for that one also. the only thing that they've said about it is that it's supposed to release this year.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is a PSN game now. I kept considering getting this for the DS but now that I can just download it for 15 bucks I'm going to get it on PSN.

I think i noticed it on XBLA last night too.
Yep, it's on XBLA also. I haven't given the demo a shot yet but it looks interesting.

Monday Night Combat going on sale for 600 points ($7.50) on the 15th only. I bought a points card to pick up it. Also next weeks DotW has Peggle & Peggle Nights at half off (so 400 points), which I'll pick up as well. Also, Plants Vs. Zombies will be half off as well.

beware w/ Clash of Heroes...randomizer can be brutal, as can any deviation in level.
Remarkably solid game for what it is though. Enough semblance-of-strategy that you actually feel in-control when you win (unlike /shudder Puzzle Quest)...if only the same could be said for when you lose.
Story is cool though and I love the presentation. 15 dollars pretty well-spent if you ask me....or 1231.4 MS points or whatever idiotic currency-to-points transfer they employ.
