Well, my city got over a foot of snow and so it seems that we won't be going to my grandparents today. I'll let you guys know as soon as I find out about the results, but, alas, today is apparently not that day.

You're telling me. I have enjoyed the gifts I have received so far, but not a one of them is a video game, so not only am I stuck in the house for at least one day, but I'm not even stuck in here with my (hoping and assuming) PS3 and/or new games. It's gonna be a slow day, but at least I have my second playthrough of Half-Life 2 to pass the time.
UPDATE: Still stuck here, but having fun on the NL chat. I'll post again if it looks like there's gonna be another delay. Otherwise, my next post oughta have the news.

So I finally wound up telling my Mom what I asked for, since she had gotten off the phone with my grandmother. She wouldn't tell my mom what she'd gotten me, only that she had sure Mom had not gotten me anything from the list and saying that I would have a "good Christmas." Showdown seems to be set for tomorrow...

STILL SPECULATION: Well, in a complete turn of events, talks with Grandma today make it SOUND liek she didn't get the PS3. Semi-quote from my mom: "She said it was too expensive so she got the smaller one or something." I hope they're referring to the other stuff on my list and not a PSP. Do not want.

That suck if didn't get it after all that anticipation . I totally agree with you on the PSP. IMO there aren't enough good games on there to be worth the purchase. Plus, the buttons are placed really oddly and always cramp my hands.
If it's a PSP, I will honestly try and return it for games and/or the PS3 itself, using my remaining Christmas money for the difference. We'll see. O.o

That sucks that you might not get a PS3, but the PSP is a great handheld. There are tons of great games on the PS3 and PSP. It is a lot better than getting a 360, as long as you did not get a PSP Go. Now THAT would suck. Still, I hope you will get a PS3 despite the odds.
