Topic: whose getting Modern Warfare 2

i just wanted to know whose getting it and and.what edtion your getting.

i'm thinking about getting the harden addtion for that call of duty classic token

yeah the wii only get modern warfare 1 which sucks. I don't why Activison just let vicaious Visions(cuitar hero 5 wii, COD:WAW wii) just develop only for wii and ds from the ground up. They could do some pretty good stuff without having to be held down by by only making ports.

Modern Warfare 2- PS3/360(infinty ward)
call of duty :wii-wii(some other developer for the ground up)

Modern Warfare 2 is coming to the PC too, and it's available for pre-purchase on Steam... interesting enough, it doesn't follow the price scheme of most PC games that are also on console... it's $59.99 for PC, instead of the usual $49.99...

I will be getting Modern Warfare 2, on the Xbox 360. A regular copy on release date.

does the PS3 version have decicated severs?
also the game will be having a thrid person mode in private servers.

PS3 version uses PSN
Xbox 360 version uses Xbox LIVE
PC version uses IW-servers...

What's the big deal with the P.C version? I've heard people complainging about it but am far, far too lazy to hunt down the info.

Who's getting whose possessives wrong?

I traded in a buttload of games the other day and paid off MW2 (360, regular) and NSMBWii. I knew that copy of The Conduit would be useful one day.

I might get it on PC, somewhere down the line, but in no rush. There are better FPS's out there.

yeah i'm thinking of trading in some of my games, wont get alot of money for them but its a start. I may just get the regulsr edtion but call of duty classic is only availabe through the special edtions, other then that i have to wait till next year.

Wii version: Non-existant.
PC version: Multiplayer borked, no mods, no custom maps, same price as the console version without the convenience of consoles.

Consoles are good because it's a simple case of put disc in, switch console on and grab a controller. PC versions are great thanks to the mods and masses of community content. Remove that and the PC version is the poor man's console, except it's more expensive. That, and the fact that IW has done a full 180 since CoD4, and you understand why the PC hardcore is upset. With good reason, in my opinion.

I was extremely surprised to hear about this leaked video of the first level, and was even more surprised when I watched (no I won't link), this is gonna cause some trouble, and rightly so. No need!

I'm getting it as soon as I can. Since I've only had my 360 since July, I haven't had the chance to get the original game, and I wanted to play the version everyone else was playing (which is why I didn't get it on PC).
