Well that sounds interesting!

I think I might just as well wait some time once there are no more copies to buy on the internet, as I see there's only one unopened on ebay and something on amazon as well. As I said I'm no collector so keeping this game is of no interest to me, as I never even had an Xbox in my life and in the place where I live people are still into downloading a new games on the release date and complaining if they don't work on their old computers.

I put the disc in a CD wallet and toss the case on a shelf or something somewhere. Often gets tossed out during spring cleaning.

I'm not a particularly sentimental person.

So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.

I sold pretty much all of my old games along with consoles (NES, GBC, N64, GC) but this one is of no use for me and opening it up would just make it lose value. It's my first experience with having an unopened game that might be worth something, so it's rather a business move now and no sentiments

i take all mine to unfortunate retro game stores and point at the people there and laugh at them for not having any of the type of games i have. it makes me feel good.

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

If I like them, I keep them. If I don't like them, I rip off collectors. Simple as that. For example, my Bravely Default Collectors Box could be worth a good number once a localization confirmation for Bravely Second appears - and it already sells higher than launch price.

It can be tough, I bought a load of JRPG special editions over the years and didn't get round to playing them. I then started to reach the point where I was too scared to open them fearing I could be ruining a future investment.

Then a friend of mine convinced me I was being stupid so we started having ceremonial unwrappings.

Nowadays I tend to open them upon receipt.

But yeah, if you don't plan to play them sell em on unless you have a affection to the game (I.e I have a sealed copy of Ace Combat 5 signed by the director; that I display with pride in the same way someone displays a painting they love).
