I have a Colecovision, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, GBA, DS, 3DS, PS2, PS3, PSP, PS Vita, Xbox and Xbox 360. My favorite is either the PS2 or Gamecube, I also love the PS3. As for handhelds, my favorite is the Vita, followed by the 3DS and DS.

I really don't know how people are saying Wii U. Hasn't even been out a year and you're already like it better than any other console ever. Just seems impossible to say that to me.

My favorite would probably have to be a tie between the PS2 and SNES mainly cause the libraries for those two consoles have some of my favorite games of all times, and I tend to replay those games alot.

Currently own the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, Vita, PSP, 3DS and GameGear. Other consoles I have owned are the NES, Genesis, SNES, Sega CD, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, Xbox, GameCube, every iteration of the Gameboy, an original DS and a DSi.
My favorite consoles are the SNES and PS2. The two eras were so different so it's tough to pick a winner between the two but each had a terrific library of games and was easily the top system of its time.

You can play NES, SNES, and GBA games on the Wii U. Sounds like your dream console.
