That was a remake of the n64 game, and outside of visuals it's pretty well panned as the inferior copy too unfortunately. Read the closing comments to save yourself time here: http://xbox.ign.com/articles/626/626725p4.html 'MP game they so called emphasized is poor, and single player has good events cut out of it.' There's other stuff, but really Conker could use a sequel, but the team that made it is long gone and Rare is a broken joke now.

Sadly, I doubt that the developers of Psychonauts will consider making a sequel, because it was a shocking commercial failure: By the end of the year, the title had shipped fewer than 100,000 copies...." It was, however, a great game and received great reviews, and was eventually re-released on Steam and Xbox Live Arcade.
And Prince of Persia (2008) has a sequel: Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands

It's not like Brutal Legend was teh hot cakes for them either unfortunately, so you're probably right.
What you're not right about however, is The Forgotten Sands. I didn't undo 20 hours of gameplay to save Elika for her not to appear in the sequel. Same series, different universe.

Super Mario Sunshine! I don't understand why so many people hate this game...
I'd love to see a sequel to Sunshine, as well as A boy and his blob...

Isnt Super Mario Galaxy the "sequel" to that??
No, just like Sunshine isn't the sequel to Super Mario 64—it's just the next game in the franchise...
