@grenworths: Oh trust me, I can at least handle 99% of Sega's voice acting, but this is just awful. The fact that I had to make a thread about this is a testament to how bad I think it is.
@MM: It's called Chaos Wars, but I'm not sure what platform it's on.

I just checked on YouTube, there are a lot of these vids. The voice acting is truly horrible. There is a scene with a monster saying "keee keee" and the voice actor says "ahhhh ahhhh"... the worst part is that it seems like it's real voice acting.

Chaos Wars came out on PS2, was a GameStop exclusive and the localization, lol, the president of the company or something had family members read scripts instead of hiring voice actors or just leaving the Japanese track intact, its lolololololololeriffic.

@Big A2: I forgot all about that, the main difference is MM8's voice acting is relegated to the intro while CW is throughout. Hearing the MM8 intro made me smile. =D

To be fair, Mega Man 8 has entertaining-ly bad voice acting. Chaos Wars is just bad voice acting where not a single word is emphasised right. The guy who did Dr. Light was at least trying. It kinda reminds me of Tommy Wiseau's talents.

I actually love MM8's voice acting because of the entertainment value. But the Chaos Wars VA just rubs me the wrong way for one reason or another. I still find it funny, but it's just not as entertaining as MM8.
