It may be in the game's .ini file, look around for that. If not, try checking for any updates for your graphics card. EDIT the file is called SplinterCellUser, open it and at the bottom is the antialiasing and other graphics settings options.
Yeah, I'm doubting i'll get a new pc out of them. i'm still 13, but I'm planning on getting a summer job (spend it all on games off of eBay, a RetroN3, Cafe, PS3, and eventually a gaming pc)
@Xkhaoz3D Since your having problems running some of your games, here's some suggestions: Save up your money to buy a new, more powerful PC. Or you can just go buy a new graphics card, more ram, and a more powerfull processor for your current PC.
Buying a good computer is not all that expensive like what they use to be, especially if you look in the right places.
If you're too young (don't know what age you are) and still living with your parents, then see if you can get them to buy a better computer.
I suggest checking out New Egg.com they are always running specials on both whole systems and parts. I got my PC from them about a year ago for $700 and its a great gaming computer. Not sure what you are looking for but I hope that helps.

NCIX.com is another good site for that with their sales on Wednesday night at about 9 pm cst-6.
I am in the midst of building my new computer. I have a case (Antec 902 V3), a mobo (Asus p8p67 LG1155), and Ram (8 GB of DDR3; 1600 MHz @ 1.5 V G.Skill) so far. Getting an i5 2500k and debating on the GTX 560 Ti for a graphics card. Might be a bit too much money though. Will come to $1100 after tax with that card. But I also need a keyboard :/

Normally I'd try this out but It'll probably run like crap on my laptop anyway.

You also need 28 GIGABYTES just to install the thing. Thankfully more than half of that is deleted after the full game is installed, but 28 gigabytes is still a lot.
Thanks given to Xkhaoz for that one avatar. Please contact me before using my custom avatar!

CoD4 ran great on my laptop, so I'm checking this out. Though Steam decided to freeze on me last night and I haven't gotten anything downloaded.
