@CanisWolfred English voice overs made this a must buy for me. Reading text bubbles while the characters seemed to be articulating words seemed really awkward.
Awww, FarCry5 has a no personality do it yourself, protagonist. So far I don't think it fits in the game well.
Blank protagonists work well in games where the focus is not on the characters/you but on the interesting world itself. It feels dumb being told to rescue my fwends when I barely know these coworkers nor have any meaningful interaction or relation to them, and all the while I'm constantly being told I'm important. I'm like, "dude, I'm a nobody and I barely even know you".
@Dezzy, the Japanese PS2 version of VIII didn't have voice acting either (It was first added to the western version, as well as making the Hero look like a Super Sayain when he reaches max tension), so XI isn't unique in that regard.
Well, I started Bloodborne yesterday, and while it definitely seems more accessible than Dark Souls 3, at least to me, I still am reallyyy bad. I came close to killing the Cleric Beast, but now I have not many blood vials and no Molotovs, so it's feeling kinda hopeless right now, haha.
Far Cry 5's final ending(s) are awful. No satisfaction and ambiguous all in the same batch, and it destroys all you built up for in one of them. The fact that your a blank protag makes the 'good' one all the worse since you have no real character to relate to the villain. Beyond the simple 'oh he's the villain'.
Edit: Like at the ending, everything just stops and dies. The end and you're stuck with the idiot(s) not knowing what happened.
Ah the PS4. A real console, for real men. Nintendo is for babies, like Pikachu’s and the amelbo’s you Nerds spend half your mum’s paycheck on. Love a bit of COD and GTA.
I disagree.
Real Men plays Appropriate games and can give Good examples to be Healthy gamer.
Nintendo for babies ? Excuse me, sir.
I have a lot of Nintendo machines (NDS, 3DS, GBA, Gamecube, Wii, Wii U & Switch) with Appropriate games (rated Everyone, Everyone 10+ & Teen).
I also have PS4 (bought on 1 April 2018) with 9 Appropriate PS4 games.
@Peek-a-boo Yeah, I love the speed of movement in these trailers. I wonder how well they translate to me playing the game though, haha! It's giving me Infamous vibes, it's definitely something I can get behind. Would it be too much to ask for a June or July release date? I mean, the collaboration with Game Informer surely means the game isn't far off. At least, I hope so!
Anyway, yeah I seriously cant find a copy of KH 1.5 + 2.5 anywhere near me. Good stuff for the PS4 in a country where it has a majority market share for software sales and the game is only a year old.
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
