@SuperWiiU: I was looking in the usual places, bare in mind this room is rather dark where the PS4 is located, and the actual power symbol, to imply the power button, is unusually small.
But, Ive got a 3-month PS+ subscription, Mega Man Legacy Collection, Dust: An Elysian Tail and Axiom Verge downloading, and Mortal Kombat X in my bag.
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
@Volcanox: Don't feel so bad it took me a week to realize there was a power button on the PS4 itself, I only found it when I was dusting off my PS4 and all of a sudden it turned on. Before that I just turned it off using the controller.
Also awesome choice in games mate, Dust is a great game and Axiom Verge I still need to play but I have heard nothing but good things. Currently I am playing MKX and I am loving it.

@Ralizah: Horror games yawn. XD Yeah that's a genre that outside of Doctor Who is about as interesting as grass growing for me sadly. It just never clicked.
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
@Volcanox: Sorry to hear that. I can't think of a genre I love more except perhaps RPGs.
I guess the good thing is that you don't have to worry about having missed the chance to play P.T. before Konami yanked it in a childish fit.
The PS4 is getting some pretty neat Western RPGs this year, if you didn't already play them on PC. Wasteland 2, Divinity: Original Sin, and The Witcher 3, primarily.
BTW, my PSN is in my sig if you want to add me. I hope you enjoy your new console.
Really thinking about getting a PS4 next year in time for Gravity Rush/2. I need to play that game sometime. Then there's also the need to play Uncharted, The Last Guardian, and LittleBigPlanet.
So even if it's only for Sony exclusives (I have a PC, so third parties go there), I really, reeeeeeeally want a PS4. At least, I think it'll be a far better investment than a Vita.
God first.

@Volcanox: Seeing as you have got three months worth of PS+, you may wish to grab the FOUR 'free' games that were a part of Septembers line-up; Grow Home (this won the first 'vote to play' poll that happened in August), Super Time Force Ultra (one of the best side-scrolling shooters on the market), Teslagrad and Xeodrifter.
This months line-up consists of Broken Age, Super Meat Boy and Unmechanical - all three will be available to download on Wednesday the 6th of October so, grab the games above whilst you can!
Also, I cannot recommend a game any higher than Journey on the PlayStation 4. It is an experience like no other.
@Peek-a-boo: I'll see. I'm starting back at university for 52 hours a week on Monday
As for Journey....dear god. That...game? I know story and graphics are good and all the rage, but without a compelling gameplay skeleton to hold that meat on, it won't interest me. Journey, for the price, and what it does? I couldn't recommend it.
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
@VeeFlamesNL: I'm definitely getting one this year. Gravity Rush is something I've been wanting to play as well.
Sony has definitely stepped up their game in my opinion. PS3 had little to no games that I was interested in, but the PS4 has plenty; The Last Guardian, Tearaway Unfolded, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Journey, Gravity Rush/2, plenty of Dragon Quest games, Final Fantasy 7, and many more. Bloodborne is also out for a while and I'd like to play that one day as well. Can't wait until the holiday sales start.
Again, its something I feel gets the balance wrong. There is a lot of pretty meat on that skeleton, but the gameplay skeleton isn't quite done and big enough to warrant the rest, you know?

@Peek-a-boo: PS3, once upon a time on a friends system. It was....ok.
52 hours a week yeah. 12 for lectures, 40 for self-study (10 per class). Plus it's for 12 weeks, followed by 2 weeks off for Xmas, with 2 weeks after that where assignments are due in, then a week off, another 11 weeks before two weeks off for Easter, then 11 more weeks. All with 52 hours
Now Playing: Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Crash Bandicoot 4
@Octane: Oh, I almost forgot about Tearaway: Unfolded.
Man, I've never been so enthusiastic for a Sony console like I am with the PS4. Well, I was excited for the PS3 when it first launched in the place I was living back then, but the price was too high, and my enthusiasm died down eventually. My enthusiasm for a Vita never lasted long...
On the other hand, the PS4 is high up my alley, with a lot of games I want to play on it. Problem is, I already have a huge backlog of games across all my current systems (esp. Wii U) I still need to work on. In addition, I still have to buy some games across those said systems. Adding a new system into the mix? Hooo boy. And to make matters worse: I'm a freakin' college student, and college is kinda tough.
But don't worry. I'm very sure it'll work out... because I want to play Gravity Rush/2.
God first.
