Topic: the horror genre is coming back strong

The horror genre suffered alot last generation but it seems like its coming back pretty hard.

P.T came out last week and is a ground Zeroes to the new Silent Hills game by Kojipro.

Metro Redux just came out on Xbox One and PS4 today.

In September the new Fatal Frame is coming out for Wii U in japan and hopefully everywhere else afterward.

The Evil Within is coming out in October

Alien Isolation hits October 7th

Atari just announced reboots of Alone in the Dark and Haunted House to be shown off during Pax Prime this weekend.

Microsoft announced D4 an episodic pyschological horror game by Swery65 the creator of Deadly premonition

Sony re-announced Until Dawn for PS4 which is a slasher video game.

Resident Evil Remake is gettng Ramstered for nearly everything and there's rumors of a Resident Evil Relevations 2. personally Capcom should reboot).

Was never big into the horror genre because when I wasn't scared of it as a kid, it couldn't even make me flinch as a teenager so I don't typically play horror games that are brain dead obvious to the point that you can predict when the game is trying to scare you, which most horror games are.

Five Nights at Freddy is pretty creepy. The only part that made me lose it is when you see one running on the camera and than he pops out at you.
