Capcom will be the winners, they have the best attorney in the World. In all seriousness, I'm also some what disappointed in Capcom actions, Which is a shame because they have started to go up in my estimation of late.

This really isn't good for Nintendo especially as one of their few big remaining 2014 games is a Warriors game (Hyrule Warriors). I really hope Capcom lose!

Those shoudn't be allowed to be patients, and I'm pretty sure more than Tecmo Koei has infringed on those ideas if I read it correctly, in which case they would need to after most publishers.
First, they abandon Megaman, cut back 3DS and Wii U support, ruin Resident Evil, and now this? It's a shame Capcom went money-hungry.
well they haven't cut back 3ds support at all. between the vc, monster hunter 4, and a new project xzone. they made up for re in my eyes with revelations. the wiiu is still receiving a good bit of dlc tho it would be nice to get another retail release.....
I'm going to go back in time and patent the vague concept of displaying text and images on a TV screen and having people interact with them in some way.
