Yoshi, Mario Maker and maybe Fatal Frame on the Nintendo front. Maybe Maybe Mario Tennis, but it'd have to be online and probably somewhat of a budget title
Xenoblade X is the only must-have that got E3 coverage. Super Mario Maker, SMTxFE, and Fatal Frame, as well as Star Fox Zero are all "maybe".
But aside of E3 stuff, the PAL release for Senran Kagura 2 is upon us, so there's stuff, at least.
So far, for the Wii U, I'm looking at:
Armikrog (already paid for through kickstarter)
LEGO Dimensions
Yoshi Wooly World
Mario Tennis
Fatal Frame
Devil's Third
Xenoblade X
Zelda U
Mario Maker
Star Fox Heroes
3DS:
Chibi-Robo
Metroid Federation
Triforce heroes
Hyrule Warriors
Mario and Luigi
Yoaki Watch
Fire Emblem Fates
Senran Kagura 2
...I don't count August and September as "Holiday season".
I'll probably Get Super Mario Maker in October, though, so whatever.
Wii U
Super Mario Maker
Yoshi's Wolly World
Star Fox Zero (Xmas Present)
Xenoblade Chronicles (Xmas Present)
Rodea The Sky Soldier (I didn't forget!)
Hyrule Warriors (if I can get it before the end of October for a decent price!)
Devil's Third (if it gets a release date for this year)
Fatal Frame (if I can get it before October 31st)
Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash (Maybe)
3DS
Chibi-Robo: Zip-Lash!
LoZ: Tri-Force Heroes
The Legend of Legacy (Maybe)
Popolocrois Farm Story (Maybe)
PS4
Fallout 4 (possible Xmas Present)
Star Wars Battlefront
Tales of Zesteria
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel
Persona 5
Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence (Maybe?)
Mad Max (Maybe)
Battleborn (if it comes out this year)
Vita
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC
DanganRonpa Another Episode — Ultra Despair Girls
Steins;Gate
I'd list digital games, but you never know when those'll be out until it's close to release. Still feel like I'm forgetting a few important ones, though...
Consider most future Wii U games bought.
Then on my Xbox 360... Revelations 2 is a must have. I'm interested in some other 360 games, but I can't even remember their names.
God first.

Max Hype
Life is Strange - I loved the first 3 episodes of this game because -spoilers-, so I'm hooked for the concluding chapters.
Fallout 4 - I really wish this was the Elder Scrolls VI, but I'll enjoy it all the same, even if the setting is lamer. Basically the same thing I felt while playing the Witcher, at least this is sure to be a fun game to play.
Auxiliary Hype
Metal Gear Solid V - This game looks nonsense-bonkers, so I might have to play the previous games before it #backlog.
Tearaway Unfolded - This got very good reviews on Vita, but who has a Vita, so I'll be glad to play it on PS4.
Tales of Zesteria - I'll be buying this if it reviews well. I'm sick of Xillia and it's half-hearted Han Solo knockoff.
Persona 5 - I'd like to get into Persona if it comes out this year.
Reserved Hype
As soon as Capcom publishes Monster Hunter Cross in the west they can have my money, all of my money.
Oh yeah, I forgot Super Mystery Dungeon. Though that purchase is hingent on whether I finally eat my way through my current 3DS library, as I've sworn off new purchases until I finish them. For some reason I have a problem with finishing games on my laptop and 3DS that aren't Monster Hunter or, for whatever reason, Pokemon games. I still have to complete most of Dark Moon, Awakening, the end of Dream Team, and a few indie games. The gameplay padding is real.
Anyway, I hope Super Mystery Dungeon is good. It looks like more of the same, but I really enjoyed the DS Mystery Dungeon games, despite a bit of sparseness. Something about interpreting Pokemon through the lens of Fire Emblem (but much faster) is really addictive.
With the exception of maybe 1 or 2 3DS games, nothing from the entire E3 season involving games coming out this year made any difference in what I will buy this year. Like at all. Partially because I don't own 2 of the consoles (or sadly, a powerful enough PC), partially because I've stopped caring about getting most games ASAP.
I still want to get a PS3, so that might happen. Otherwise, it's gonna be Nintendo, indies, and my increasingly unplayed newer 360 purchases.
Concentrating on just this year (Well apart from Yoshi and Arkham Knight next week)...
Definitely:
Starfox 0
Xenoblade X
Super Mario Maker
Zelda Triforce Heroes
Chibi Robo
Broken Sword V
Disgaea 5
Possibly:
Fatal Frame
Madden
Metal Gear 5
The reality is apart from Triforce Heroes, I knew exactly what I was going to buy before E3 because I knew (or guessed) what was going to be available due to leaks or early announcements. Nothing really surprised me for this year. Although there were some really exciting games in the 2016 wilderness and beyond (although not much for Nintendo).
Isn't it obvious that Falco Lombardi is actually a parrot?
