Ok so I skipped the whole Genesis console as I was an SNES fanboy, and I have got a few VC games like Comix Zone, and Streets of Rage, and there a few I want to get like Golden Axe and Vetorman. But if this Firecore Classic Console has majority of Genesis games that I want to play and for $45, is it worth the buy?
The games it includes are:

  • Sonic & Knuckles
  • Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
  • Gain Ground
  • Arrow Flash
  • Shinobi III: Return of the Ninja
  • Ecco, Jr.
  • Ecco
  • Golden Axe
  • Crack Down
  • Altered Beast
  • Flicky
  • Decap Attack
  • Cyber Police Eswat: City Under Siege
  • Alien Storm
  • Shadow Dancer
  • Columns III
  • Sonic Spinball
  • Jewel Master
  • Kid Chameleon
  • Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine

What do you guys think?

I say you should get it. But it's missing a few key titles.

Yeah like Vetorman, Comix Zone, but it does have Kid Chameleon (which is on the VC). But it does have Sonic & Knuckles which isn't on the VC yet. So it has it's ups and downs.

Yeah that makes sense. I just wonder why it skips the first three Sonic games.

If you have a PS3 or 360 you should just grab Sonic Ultimate Collection as it has almost everyone of these game plus over 20 more including Sonic, Sonic 2, Phantasy Stars, Shining Force games, etc.
