I say no.

I'm a fan of the series but it would just be a rehash of Street Fighter 4 since both Capcom and the hardcore fans refuse to move on from Street Fighter II. If I talk about a new graphics style or completely different gameplay, hardcore fans will come in and shoot me down. Yet those same fans are also tired of Capcom releasing the same games continually, just with some more characters and balance tweaks.

Personally I'd be happy with some more characters added to SSFIVAE since other than the graphics, that seems to be what people want anyway from SF5, even if they complain about having to pay money for an update disc or DLC.

Don't care much for SF but even then, it's too soon. SF was really really quiet up until 2009 where they went crazy with the series..

I'm completely burnt out on the franchise as it is....I just don't care for the franchise anymore. And i was actually dissapointed by SSFIV. It's slightly delayed and less fluid controls kind of threw me off in comparison to it's faster, more intuitive older brother SSFII HD Remix where pulling off shouruken(whatever they're called) uppercuts with either Ryu or Ken gels like butter. It's the only SF I'll ever need....III looks pretty solid as well.

If anything Capcom needs to give us a Mega Man 11, Power Stone 3 and Gargoyles Quest IV.

That's the big thing here. It's not like they could get it out by the end of the year or something. A Street Fighter 5 would have to be reworked from the inside out, and it wouldn't be a rehash the way Bass seems to think.

I would be interested in a Street Fighter Alpha 4, not so much a Street Fighter V.

They're already planning Resident Evil: Down Fall for the 3DS starring Claire Redfield which takes place between the events of RE5 & RE6.
Mega Man should be the focus now....I swear if Inafune were still with Capcom we would of seen a Mega Man 11 by now which would of been a nice temporary send off as a current gen mega man 8-bit trilogy.

Street Fighter V? I didn't think Capcom could count to three ( at long-time Street Fighter fans). I want to see V, and I think it'll happen in the next few years. Old school gamer in me would like to see them go back to sprite-based for V. Preferably with Karin Kanzuki and her awesome music from SFA 3!

I don't see any benefit in introducing a bunch of new characters and what not, when they have spent 4 years balancing the current roster to perfection.
