I'm pretty sure Nier: Automata went on to be a huge success SOLELY because it would be a hilarious contrast to Microsoft being short-sighted idiots. And it is.

(raises hand) I was ready to purchase an Xbox and Scalebound and when I found out the game was canceled I bought a PS4 and Nier Automata.

I hope some form of this game can make it to the Switch. According to Kamiya, Scalebound started out as a Wii game staring a girl that controlled dinosaurs. So maybe he can go back to that concept for a Switch game.

These pretzels are making me thirsty

It'd be cool if Nintendo got it but I'd rather MS got it back.

Why? They obviously have no idea what to do with it. I mean, if you mean finish the game they were already working on, sure, but otherwise...no.

Well they should've thought of that before screwing over the developer who was making one, now shouldn't they have?

Scalebound is helping Microsoft by giving them another reason for me to not get an Xbone earlier than expected.

Also, oddly enough, at the time of THESE typing, it's still on Wal-Mart's website https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pre-order-Placeholder-98-wm-com/24...

It is a crying shame what happened to Scalebound, as for the concept of it and if Nintendo can do it, they sorta already have with Xenoblade.

I'm a bit baffled to how these games are remotely similar? Additionally, not putting something on a console just cause there is something similar already on it makes no sense.
