PS2 games are practically confirmed since Sony, greedily, abandoned plans to re-add backwards compatibility with PS2 game discs... so you can bet they will be there...
As Dreamcast games go, I doubt it... some of the best games from it already have far better ports/remakes (Sonic Adventure DX and Adventure 2 Battle on GCN for example...), so it wouldn't be that important...

But if Dreamcast support was added to the PSN and especially if it's PS Classic, that could be a final nail in the coffin for Dreamcast games on the Virtual Console for this generation and next generation.
Wii just doesn't have the memory available to store a DC game. We wouldn't se them on VC anyway unless they came up with a legit storage solution. Doesn't mean they couldn't eventually be on the Wii HD in a few years though.

What is funny is some people here complain about NPC and such on this board, and I wonder if they are now HAPPY to buy PS2 games and last gen DC games as dd instead of having the PS2 game B/C, as one early model of the PS3 had.
Frankly I am done with the VC, as for me and mine, I like to support news games and pay new game makers instead of paying publishers to resell old games over and over and over again.

Also a ton of DC games were ported to PS2 and GC last gen for obvious reasons. It is just too soon and too few that cannot be found for cheap to be that appealing.

I LOVE THESE IDEAS! Dreamcast and PS2 games on the PSN would be AWESOME! Oh, I would LOVE to see all three PS2 Kingdom Hearts games on the PSN! The Sonic Blu-Ray Collection idea is also awesome! I hope these rumors are true!

Sonic Collection? you mean the Sonic Ultimate Genesis Collection that was released a lil while ago on Xbox 360 and PS3?... thew only worthy titles missing from there would be the Sonic Adventure games, and you should grab the GameCube version of those, I bet they are quite cheap now...
