I have 2 things to say 1: BEHOLD ONO'S PSYCO (acting) POWER 2: It's only a funny joke to die hard Mega Man fans. I like it. And let's face it this was Megaman's classic design. If you don't like it, buy the XBox or PC version. 3: I can see "but for me it was Tuesday" being the next "Then I got an arrow in the knee"
I honestly wasn't even considering getting this game until I saw that Fat Mega Man was going to be a character in it. Now I want it. I gotta hand it to Capcom, they really knows how to troll diehard Mega Man fans.
No that is just the design you are used to, you are obviously no Megaman fan.
I only play the real Mega Man games, the ones where he's an actual robot fighting other robots to save the world.
Mega Man Classic series Mega Man X series
Battle Network is just a spin-off series. It only ties into the original series with certain characters and enemy names. And Star Force just took it a step further.
Dr. Light created Mega Man and X. Those two robots are directly linked in the storyline. All the other games are just loose tie-ins. I know ZX takes place hundreds of years after the Zero and Mega Man X series, but I don't really consider those protagonists as "Mega Man", because they are just humans wearing robotic armor.
THIS and THIS and THIS is not the real Mega Man, they are just poorly-drawn Americanized interpretations of the character, making him more "manly" and less anime-styled.
I don't get all the misguided hate some of you have for Classic Mega Man. It is quite obvious Mega Man was meant to look like the box art character all these years. ...it's just, you know...the limitations of the NES or else we would've got this, I'm sure of it!
Anyways, don't hate... Mega Man is finally back, your prayers have been answered!! It's celebration time!!
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
@LordTendoboy: The only difference is that Nintendo did not make that Concept of Mario. Capcom although did make that the box art, and accepted it. This Megaman story is somewhat like the Zelda origin, one may be real the other one... not so much. However in most cases (if not all) the first game is part of the canon, making SFXT have the original Mega Man, yet not the most popular obviously.

The original Mega Man was designed by Capcom in Japan. The 1980's box art version was just made to cater to American audiences. How many times do I have to say it?
Tekken and Street Fighter are completely different types of fighting games. They don't fit well at all together.
Tekken should have crossed with DoA or Virtua Fighter Street Fighter should have crossed with BlazeBlue, Guilty Gear, or King of Fighters
yes, people have said that too. this is as tekken, DoA, Virtua Fighter and soulcalibur are 3D fighters and streetfighter, blazblue, guilty gear and king of fighters are 2D fighters.

I've been a Mega Man fan since I was two years old and this does not amuse me in any shape or form. Also, the original game's Japanese cover art looks decidedly different than that sh*tty old American art.
Not sure if anyone has reported this yet, but that special edition of Street Fighter X Tekken is going to be $70 according to Amazon. So going to pre-order it for the Vita
