I'm getting both. Magi hit the nail on the head. The 3DS and Vita are 2 completely different handhelds that appear to two completely different audiences, it's completely irrelevant to compare them. It's simple, buy both, and you get the best of both worlds!

Also, can we please move away from the comparing of the 3DS and Vita now? I'd rather just hear news and RELEVANT OPINIONS rather than pointless arguing about the 3DS being better than the Vita and vice versa.

Sorry, I never had a N64 so I don't have nostalgia for those games. They're pretty boring imo

Of all those ports, MHP3 is the only one worthwhile. If it does come to the U.S. then I will be very glad I didn't import it for PS3 earlier. Otherwise the Call of Duty game is the only one that interests me since it's being developed by Treyarch. <3

MHP3 is probably the best game for starters too, so I'm really happy that it's _possibly being localized. It's the easiest I've played but also my favorite. The easiness comes mostly from the non-broken hitboxes.

MHFU had the worst hitboxes in the world. In MHP3 they're fixed so much that people think it's been dumbed down.

Hopefully more people get into the series with MHP3 on Vita. If it's as easy as you say it is.

Monster Hunter is nothing to get excited about. It's a lame action game with clunky awful controls that forces you to fight the same few reskinned monsters over and over ad nauseum for loot that unlocks boring upgrades. Also, this most likely won't even have online so that just adds to the insane amounts of boredom.
