Even if i do love the Playstation consoles it have to admit the PS3 was pretty much just a PS2 with bether graphic. I might have been a bit spoiled by Nintendo hardware but i wouldn't mind them actually doing some uppgrades (like new controller) to their hardware rather than just being more powerful and bether online.
Are you guys actually making fun of something before it came out?
I've just really gotten sick of watching people make awesome games only to lose their jobs because they didn't make games based off of licensed Disney Channel programming or creators of icons from my childhood being unable to make games anyone has ever heard anymore.

Not me. I for one, am eager to learn about any news or rumors concerning Sony’s new PlayStation console, also known as the PlayStation 4, or Project Ad nauseum.

If Sony doesn't shape up with the PS4, then it will be the last Playstation system ever. I think it will ditch the Dualshock in favor of the Move 2, that the hardware won't be a huge leap forward like everyone is expecting, but will still be the most powerful on the market. I think that not only will 3D be utilized by default, but also head tracking. It doesn't matter what they do with the hardware though if they don't have any 1st party games to draw in a consumer base so that 3rd parties will be interested in developing for it. Instead of just Uncharted 4, or God of War, or Killzone 4, they should consider making another Ico game, or a Jak and Daxter game, or another Legend of Dragoon. I think Playstation All Stars Battle Royale is the first sign that the company is beginning to see itself as a unified software developer, like Nintendo, and not just a hardware developer, which is moving in the right direction.
Also, I can almost guarantee that there will be a version of the PS4 that is built into a Sony Television set, mainly to cut down on confusion of whether or not the expensive TV you just bought can actually play 3D head tracking PS4 games.
@Neoproteus that's kinda silly. Of course it will sell, just as nintendo fans buy nintendo stuff, Sony fans will buy Sony stuff. Unless it ends up as a current gen cdi, it'll be fine.

@Neoproteus Doubt they will make another Move controller. Motion controlls is far from as big as it used to be, so there is really not point to focus on a new Move controller, espacially since the orignal Move controller didn't do so well. Nintendo is still using motion controllers, sure, but th Wii wasn't a failure and by now Nintendo knows how to use motion controlls great. Sony doesn't.

I'd imagine they've been spending a lot of time researching motion controls, hence why the move was made in the first place. Of course it failed, it wasn't the default controller for the system and it released mid lifespan. Just like the Kinect, and the any Wii games that use the Classic Controller (Not AS rare but still pretty low not counting VC). If it was the main controller for the system, it'd be a lot more successful.
