Topic: Project Needlemouse...are you gonna get it?

So is anyone actually gonna give in and buy this game?
They said with some other sonic games they'll be like the old ones(COUGH UNLEASHED COUGH) and well....look how that turned out.

I hear Sonic is only playable..as if he wasn't in Unleashed either(again COUGH COUGH)
And its 2D....as if Unleashed wasn't. (COUGH COUGH...i have a bad cold...excuse me)

Anyone buying it?
Just give us Sonic the Hedgehog 4...with Megadrive graphics. Like MEGA-MAN9/10...

Am I going to buy it? No.

It's Sonic and unless it's like Sonic Rush or the original three Hedgehogs, then no I'll pass like I did with Black Knight. Until we get gameplay details, screenshots, and gameplay videos this game is nothing to me. Sonic is a horrible franchise anyway, that NEEDS to die.

I'd like to, you know, see the game first. But it's about time Sega realized 3D wasn't working for Sonic. But I disagree about the Mega Drive graphics. The retro look worked for Mega Man because it was a downloadable title, but there is so much that you can do with 2D in HD. If there's one thing I think I can count on Sega for with a 2D Sonic, it's that they can make it gorgeous, so I'm glad they're not holding back and doing a 16-bit look.

Well, this one is supposed to be side-scrolling, isn't it? If so, I would expect it'd have to be like the old ones.

And the team who made Sonic Rush are developing it so... I guess we can expect an okay Sonic game but who knows.

Did any of you guys play Sonic Riders Zero Gravity on Wii. Its actually a lot of fun. A little unbalanced but fun.

No,to you a decent game. To me:A horrible a mess. They screwed it up with the were-hog which is horrendous.
Really i just wish they could make a Sonic 4 game with MD Graphics.
I liked Sonic Rush and its graphics and if they use that style again:Cool but i still prefer the old MD graphics.

I beg you not to play the first one.....omg.....the controls were broken.
The 2nd one looks decent at best but still after the first one i played when i had a PS2.....not going near another sonic riders title again lol (i get nightmares over it lol)

Yes this cold usually comes around when a new Sonic game is announced.

@Sean.... first on was Horrible, but the second one on Wii was a Great Rental. I had a blast for a weeknend with the game.

I actually would like a sequel to Sonic and Knuckles. I think I may be the only one though lol.

If it comes out on Wii, hell yes. If not, I'm going to boycott Sega! I think. Maybe. Think that'd work...?

Why wouldn't it be? Sega seems to benefit more on Wii, it fits their demographic. Plus, most of the new Sonic games have been on Wii.
