Castlevania has some amazing tracks: Bloody Tears, Wicked Child, and Crucifix Held Close, make my favourite three songs in the series, although there are many more amazing songs (like Iron Blue Intention).
F Zero X also sounds oh so good.
Edit: Oops I forgot to mention Phoenix Wright, Cornered is an amzing song, as are lots of the others.

this game is FULL of excellent music, but this is my favorite one. always makes me feel regal and important. i was REALLy disappointed when it wasn't included in Brawl.
