Topic: Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare

Whenever I bring this up, no one responds....Like, seriously...Anyways the PC version is releasing next week (...US anyways), anyone else getting it? Or already have it for that Box?

Was thinking of picking up the Xbox One version but i'll probably go with Titanfall instead. I think this game would have benefitted from being free to play.

Eh, dunno why...it is a big game, and I prefer this over F2P anyways. (the PvZ iOS game is just, ugh) Plus, free DLC here, lol.

Cause you probably would have gotten more people to adopt if it was just the Horde mode with F2P buying of packs. It didn't help the game came out a few weeks before Titanfall came out,

The Horde mode multiplayer is for the most part a reskinned version of the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer which I think should have been spinned off into its own thing,

Horde?....You mean Garden Ops?

That's the mode where you and 3 friends fight waves of enemies right?

I call it horde since that type of gameplay started with Gears 2 Horde mode and its more of a general term.

Oh, well I don't play many of those types of games, so yeah. xD

seems like an interesting game, I'd definitely get it if I had a better PC

I was checking and this game will be released on Sony systems in August. Then I will give it a look to see if I am interested. At least it is a funny take on the shooter genre, but I am not too eager to give EA any of my money.

...Yeah that's the only thing that sucks (well, besides Popcap being owned by EA. >_> ), turns out that if you don't have a 64bit system, you're screwed pretty much.

I wouldn't get Titanfall. I'm not sure if you noticed my thread from a while ago, but there isn't enough depth to the game to make it much of any fun, once you learn the game and start realizing how to play the game well. There were numerous times where something that should have worked, didn't, and I ended up not doing that well sometimes, because of it.

Titanfall isn't some magic game game that somehow beats every FPS, like everyone wanted it to be. The game crashed on me, just like people were having problems with in Battlefield 4. The game wasn't even programmed correctly, in some case, but it really depends on whether they pacthed it. I haven't been paying attention.

Back on topic... I've been kinda looking to buy this game. I'll probably snatch it up when it goes on sale. I'll be looking a gameplay videos to see if it's buggy and stuff.

It's like TF2 but a bit worse imo.
Edit: Though I've only played an hour.

I'm not expecting it to be the end all, but I want a nice multiplayer shooter to play until September when Destiny comes out. Will probably be using money I get from the Facebook deal so its not really a price thing. May try playing more of the tomb raider online mode before I make a choice. .

Yeah it's buggy...seems rare, but it has some...dunno if they'll be in PC version or not, though. But the ones I saw were from the Xbox One.

Well, if they do fix it on PC, the changes will probably happen on Xbox One, too, unless they're stupid.

I see. I've been trying to play Tomb Raider online, too, but no one's even on.

Yeah I hope not, the bugs are quite big. One of them I think was from the Cactus, after the drone got destroyed, the character seemed to appear in the glitched out location and died after a little bit. (then the health thing glitched up right after that, stayed at 0)

Another one I saw is where most of the other players in the game became invisible. o_0

They just don't know how to use the hardware. It's the exact same kind of problems that Watch Dogs is having on PC.

Does it have a single player mode/campaign?

I played it on a friends Xbox One but I'm pretty sure you can play horde mode offline.
