So with one of the coolest games ever, Jet Set Radio, now free to everyone, does anyone know a good idiot proof tutorial to installing a Winewrapper to run it on a Macbook pro? I want to play it, but it's Windows only. I see it has a wine wrapper on The Porting Team's website, but I have no idea what to do. Can I just download the wrapper and follow any prompts that come up or is there something I have to download before the wrapper?
Has anyone here played Portal 1/2 and/or Half-life 1/2 on a recent macbook pro? I'm thinking of buying the 2016 model when it is released and would like to know an estimate on how well these games will run on it. Thanks!
So I have been playing Orcs Must Die Unchained recently. It is in Open Beta on Steam, F2P MOBA type of a game. It is really good. It also has enough of a twist in GamePlay to make it standout in the MOBA market, but sadly I don't think a lot of MOBA players will give it a shot because of the series history. I highly recommend Orcs Must Die Unchained to people. It is really fun.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

@DarthNocturnal: nothing is wrong with it, just it is a Tower Defense game, not a competitive game series. Which is probably why MOBA fans won't check it out

@DarthNocturnal: I only get to play in a 24 hour window and it just so happens that I am having new internet installed in the middle of that window... We will see how much I actually get to play it

Maybe I'll be giving some PC gaming a go(w/ whatever my computer can run). I feel like PC gaming was more special 2005 and back, though... I'm talking lost files in the PC world that will definitely force the OS to fill the screen with MSDOS stuff.

Just got a Steam controller. I've only used it with a few kb+m centric games so far, like FTL, but this thing is amazing. I'm ashamed I ever made fun of it.
So I noticed my computer has been running a bit hot, so I just bought a new case to help with air flow. Hopefully this will help and this is just the start of the slow upgrade process I will be doing
So when I was in the Overwatch Beta, I found a great little tool in the game. I could see my computer performance while playing the game. Overwatch Beta is over, so I can't play it but is there another game that does that? Would like to see if my New Case and New Fans are actually keeping things cooler, or if there is something more I need to do

@DefHalan:
MSI Afterburner. It'll show you your CPU usage & temps, GPU usage & temps, RAM usage and so on. It also gives you a nice little graph that you can see the recent history with. There are also ways to make it show various statistics on an OSD during your game if you want. Including framerate, if you want.
You can also overclock your GPU if you want or do things like turn the fans down when it's idle.
