I think Reggie better strap up, thats my opinion, because if Nintendo doesn't start valuing their hardcore gamers again, and im not talking about blood, and gore crap, Im talking about adding some difficulty in their games, Nintendo has another thing coming, honestly the Wii is still overpriced compared to the new prices of the HD systems, and yeah NSMB Wii is a glimmer of hope that they are getting the picture, but lets hope they continue to cater to more Gamers and not just casual ones. If not I see this being the last end of Wii, and Nintendo being forced to bring out a newer console again, especially after Infinity Ward (looking potentially at the largest game release in history in two weeks) went public about their lack of encouragment of working with the Wii. I just think its time Reggie gets off his high horse and gets to reality, because a LOT of Nintendo gamers aren't happy with their home console and this kind of talk from him doesn't impress me that Nintendo even cares anymore.
With all the news about the PS3 lately Ill plan to keep up with the daily interesting things I find out on the net post here if you guys are interested, I enjoy spreading the info I find.

See slapshot that's probably the reason I've supported sony alot more this year. It's not about the HD and i have nothing against Nintendo but ever since I've purchased my ps3 they have released so many must have games. Nintendo does have them, but not as many. I found even the psn has more to offer as far as original games go . As far as old titles go Nintendo's virtual console delivers though. I yawn at the ps1 titles available for usa consumers. But maybe developers care about the HD graphics and i can see why,who wouldn't want their games to look stunning. I really don't want to become a graphics whore but the ps3 has spoiled me rotten on that part. When i play a ps3 game I've come to expect nice graphics rendered in 720 or 1080, but i don't expect the gameplay to have anything to do with it. The thing is though a majority of the games i play on ps3 deliver on that aspect .

@odd..... Im the exact same way. My PS3 has grown on me so much its not even funny. I went from Nintendo diehard, Wii ONLY for home console, but after a year with only a handful of major of releases, not near enough to keep up with my gaming habits, I had to move on. PS3 delivers BIG time. Heck I spent prob 10-15 hours playing Demos I downloaded thoughout all the PSN stores, and that was all FREE. Sony has just 1up the Nintendo everything, and Im enjoying it because Im getting great games with a Ton of replay value, and its MORE than I can possibly keep up with. That is my idea of a great gaming company.

The ps3 has a lot more to offer than the wii with many great upcoming releases and trophies so that games take multiple playthroughs most of the time to get plats
A couple of my psn friends are playing mw2 and have a couple of trophies for it. How are they playing it because the game isn't out. Are they doing it illegally or did stores just release it early

So I just came up with this perfect analogy for all the Wii vs HD consoles debate. The Wii is like a Chevy Sedan car, its made for the whole family to enjoy and the PS3/360 are like the Chevy Corvette, they are full of power and made for thrills. Its fits the mold perfectly, prices differences and all.

New Playstation 3 thread? I'll join, even thought I don't have a PS3 yet.
I'm really looking forward to getting one next year.

@SSBF..... glad to have you here. There are a lot of great titles available on the system and being involved will give you a good idea as to where to start when you get the system. I recommend the Ratchet and Clank Series as I know you are a big Nintendo Fan and you will love it. Expanding you game reach to other platforms just gives you more enjoyment in life

@SSBF You should definitely get uncharted 2, COD 6, ratchet and clank ACiT Also maybe Batman AA and DJ Hero

Ah, so our PS3 thread seems to have undergone a change in ownership. I was wondering what happened to the old thread but I now see what transpired. I don't know how I managed to miss all of that; poor Adam.
Okay, I was wondering if anyone has played Critter Crunch yet. I tried out the demo and I thought that it was a lot of fun. It seems like a really great deal for only $6.99. I also tried out the demo for Trine and it's fantastic. Numblast looks pretty fun as well. I definitely need to get myself a points card really soon.

@Wolf..... yep me and you both, I want me some Trine and Braid. Braid releases this Thursday here in the states. Ive been wanting to play it for a long time. I havent played Critter Crunch or Numblast. Numblast does indeed look like fun. Anybody played th Topatoki or whatever its called?

Waiting for Braid as well. Pushsquare is pretty cool. Thanks for the link, slapshot!
Have any of you downloaded any movies off the PlayStation Store? I decided to finally try it out and downloaded Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog & G.I. Joe. I thought there would be some extras included but it's just the films. I made the mistake of deleting G.I. Joe to make room for Qore. I went to my download list only to find that movies aren't listed there. Apparently you can only redownload movies once and you have to call Sony for that. I wish it would've warned me before deleting it.

Does installed mean to just put it in or do you have to use some program to install it
60. Posted: Tue 10th Nov 2009 23:20 GMT
I'm assuming you have to put it in but I have no idea how to do that.
