So Nintendo has lost quite a lot and even the 3DS is considered disappointing to them. So I just want to be positive here and say that this kind of stuff always happens. It happened to Capcom, it happened to Square Enix and it even happened to Sony. You may think this is huge thing that Nintendo may go bankrupt at this point but really I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon because if it all it does manage to do that, fans and gamers who love Nintendo around are going to support Nintendo. How? Donations maybe.......
Anyway its my opinion that you guys or Nintendo shouldn't worry about but to consider what might help us both to get profit.

Well... they been losing money for a couple of years. So as an investor, why would I invest in Nintendo if they continue to lose money? I love Nintendo as an consumer but... if this keep up then Nintendo will bankrupt.

From an investor standpoint, there's quite a bit of money to be made if Nintendo can turn things around.

I definitely think that much of the lack of marketing on the Wii U has been because Nintendo itself didn't think it was much worth buying early on and there was nothing really to say to try and sell it.
It was a bad launch.
More games and better value and they will market it more. It's never going to be the Wii or the DS or SNES or the NES or the GB/GBC or the GBA or the 3DS but it will at least eventually have a positive overall impact on Nintendo financially overall in the end even if it only makes a few million dollars.....it will eventually make money. Only the virtual boy failed to make money I believe.
I think it's awful how we as gamers have grown to discussing sales and money more than the games.
me too.

@RancidVomit86 Well I care because its Nintendo we're talking about here. If Nintendo's gone, then having gaming with PC, Sony and Microsoft would be so darn boring! Not to mention that gamers will have a hard time playing great quality games that Nintendo's respected for.
The video game market has been screwed up for a long time now; Nintendo wouldn't be the first unnecessary causality. Looking Glass Studios is one of many examples of a fantastic company that just couldn't stay in the black financially. Hopefully Nintendo doesn't go down the same path.
who knows what might happen?
if Nintendo is close to falling it only means there's nothing I can do about it and need play Nintendo games I like while I can.
if it's here to stay I don't need to worry and can play games I like the same way.

Anyone else excited for Mario Kart 8? I know I am!
While I have it pre-ordered and I know I'll enjoy it, I'm really what you would call excited about it. It's Mario Kart, I know it'll be fun, but I've played just about every other iteration of the game, so that tapers my enthusiasm quite a bit.
