Sure does sound like it looked that way.

I didn't see it myself. I have to rely on impressions from those who did.

None of the Wii games did anything for me as I'm not a big Metroid or Zelda franchise lover. "Party" games be damned. I was exicted to see Golden Sun and Dragon Quest...then disappointed that they were DS rpg's and not Wii. After they unveilved the 3DS, I became excited again about GS and DQ since I may purchase a 3DS and at least I'll have 2 decent RPG's to play on it (albeit less the 3d-functionality ofc). Of the other 3DS games mentioned, and named above, I'm pretty stoked about Contra, Resident Evil, Batman, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mario Kart, and Starfox.

Kid Icarus: Uprising rocked my world. The new Zelda looked very unresponsive though. Link didn´t seem to react to half of Shiggy´s motions. I hope I´m wrong on that one.

There was some interference with Zelda; I'm sure they wouldn't do a demo if it was that unresponsive.

I REALLY want the 3DS now. The 3D picture thing looked awesome. The only thing is that we still have no idea about its price, battery life, and release date! It looks pretty expensive...

Nintendo E3 Conference Grade: A+

The conference was as huge as E3 2006. It was beautiful.

Aside from the iffy demo of Zelda: Skyward Sword, it was pretty darn awesome. (Darn interference....)

And yes, the 3DS didn't just the cake. It NOMed it all up.

Yeah, I sure hope you are right. Still, a pretty embarrasing moment for Nintendo.

Wow. O_O That 3DS games list is pretty impressive! As for my thoughts on the conference, it was very quick and precise but it didn't go in-depth with some of the games, which is disappointing since I'm not at E3. It was still good and it was the best out of the other conferences we've seen. Sony has to really raise the bar for us to declare them the winners of E3.

Having only Zelda and Goldeneye would have made it great. Everything else is just extra.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

I thought that overall the whole presentation was great. So many good games detailed. The 3DS got the crowd going, but I don't really think it's my cup of tea personally. Why? A) I'm strapped for cash and B) I really don't care that much for it. But still, Golden Sun, GoldenEye, Donkey Kong and Kirby made my head explode

Guys, Zelda isn't releasing for at least six months, do you really expect it to be perfect right now?

Its finally running here if you cant find it yet!

So far Im not impressed with Zelda Wii. The controls obviously arent working properly at all, and its not 1:1 at all as Miyamoto is swinging the WiiMote several times and onscreen doesnt even register.... Lots of tweaking to be done here!

I was VERY impressed with this show. I came in to see a good show and some games, I came and walked away with ripped clothes from excitement! Kirby, Metroid, Mickey, Metal Gear Solid, Animal Crossing, Paper Mario, kid Icarus, Zelda, and DONKEY KONG COUNTRY!
Microsoft came nowhere close to Nintendo and Sony was really good too just like Nintendo but in my opinion nowhere as good.

Microsoft- D+
Sony- B
NINTENDO- A+

I think this was one of the best Nintendo Conferences we've seen for awhile at E3. 9/10 from me.
